Yes — most clients start with Feasibility then grow into Planning and Technical when it’s right.
Do you work across the UK?
We do. Site visits are planned to suit programme and budget; remote phases keep costs lean.
How long does a typical planning application take?
Most LPAs aim for 8 weeks from validation. We’ll advise on local timelines and pre-empt common requests.
Can you help with tendering and picking a contractor?
Yes. We can prepare tender packs, field clarifications and assist with shortlisting and interviews.
Do you design with sustainability in mind?
Always. From passive moves and material choices to coordination with energy and structural consultants.

Fees below are guide ranges based on typical extensions and refurbishments. We confirm a fixed fee once we have seen your drawings, photographs and a short outline of what you are hoping to do.

Planning only

For early design and planning approval.

3. Existing drawings
If you already have accurate measured drawings, you may not need a fresh survey.
4. Optional CGI still images
Helpful for neighbour conversations, planners and for feeling the space before you build.
Larger numbers of images are usually priced as a bundle – if you go high, we’ll treat this as a guide only.
5. Optional walkthrough / flythrough
A short animated sequence for more complex layouts or when sharing options with others.
