We visit your property to take detailed measurements, record structural conditions and study how the building sits within its context. Sunlight, topography, views and orientation are all carefully observed. If needed, we also obtain digital mapping and site data for complete accuracy.

This information becomes the technical backbone of your project – forming precise base drawings for concept design, planning and construction. It’s also an opportunity to get to know your space firsthand, often revealing subtle qualities that inspire the design ahead.
