FAQs
How long does the survey take?
Most houses take half a day on-site. We then draft and check drawings back at the studio.
Do I need to be there?
It helps, but isn’t essential — we just need safe access to all spaces that should be measured.
What accuracy do you work to?
For domestic projects we typically work to ±10–15 mm on critical dimensions, suitable for planning and concept design.
Can I get the DWG files?
Yes — we provide both PDFs for easy viewing and DWG files for collaboration.
Do you offer laser scanning?
We can include point-cloud scanning where beneficial. We’ll advise if it’s proportionate for your project.
